Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now the pastor. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is Director of Pastoral Care. His passion is to train the future generation of Biblical Counselors. He sits an active member of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous online publications as well as a co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
