Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25, 1970) is an American actress who is best famous for her portrayal of the role of detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter respectively on NBC's Providence drama as well as The Resident's medical thriller The Resident. She was also recognized for her television debut as Eleni Andros cooper in CBS' soap opera Guiding Light. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch are among her most notable film role. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted into a film with Vlas Parlapanides (the duo who came up with the Immortals) is said to be in the works. The upcoming television series Gods & Heroes is currently in production.
